Are you an experienced Gas Engineer looking to make a difference in the social housing sector? HMS is a trusted contractor working with social housing clients to deliver essential repairs, maintenance, and installation services. We are looking for a skilled Gas Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us ensure safe, reliable gas services for our tenants. Two permanent positions are available: 1x Liverpool and 1x St Helens Responsibilities Carry out routine servicing of gas appliances in domestic properties, ensuring compliance with all safety standards. Ensure all gas systems, including boilers and heating systems, are maintained to a high standard, offering tenants safe and efficient heating. Identify and address minor faults during servicing, making recommendations for further maintenance where necessary. Maintain detailed service records using our digital systems, ensuring clear communication of any issues or recommendations. Deliver excellent customer service, liaising with tenants and ensuring minimal disruption during visits. Skills & Experience NVQ Plumbing/Gas ACS elements CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 Proven experience in gas servicing in domestic settings. Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and safety protocols. Ability to work independently and as part of a wider teams. Remain clean shave to meet our mask face fit policy. Full UK driving licence (a company vehicle will be provided).
