We are looking for an Employee Lifecycle Manager to help us create great experiences for our employees throug h out their journey with us. This role sits in our People Experience team and will be critical in ensuring our employees can seamlessly navigate life at OneAdvanced. We’re looking for someone who ’s ready to implement systems and processes from scratch to make that a reality. Design and implement asynchronous onboarding programme to effectively set up new starters up for success with a deep understanding of OneAdvanceds ways of working, processes and expectations. D eliver monthly in-person cohort onboarding sessions new starters based in local hubs, working with stakeholders from across the business to deliver content Design and embed onboarding pathways for hired and newly promoted managers Set up employee journeys to recognise key moments in an employee's journey at OneAdvanced including ; life events, career development, service anniversaries, performance awards, re-onboarding after long-term absence i.e. paternity leave, offboarding, promotions and more Build employee personas, journey maps, and frameworks that ensure activations and initiatives are highly targeted with access to relevant resources Support employee resource groups and networks so they can deliver on their objectives and align with relevant business priorities Design and implement employee lifecycle processes and partner with our People Operations team to automat e within HRIS tooling Collaborate effectively with employer branding, IT services, internal communications, knowledge management, people operations, learning and development, employee relations and b usi ness partnering and the wider people team to effectively deliver moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle Manage and track effectiveness of employee lifecycle programmes and processes, with regular reporting and feedback loops to measure succes s and priorit i se improvements Ensure all activities are equitable and accessible in line with OneAdvanceds diversity, equality and inclusion strategy and ESG commitments Passion to create moments that matter for employees, to build great people experiences Understanding of employee lifecycle and employee engagement programmes, and ability to recognise opportunities to connect to wider business environment Be confident in facilitating sessions and building content Ability to w ork on multiple projects at the same time and proactively manage time and resources – adapting between highly collaborative as well as independent work Strong influencing and networking skills; proved experience in influencing internal and external stakeholders on all levels, especially those outside our own team and reporting structure.
