The Best Connection Mansfield are seeking a Logistics Administrator, for a well known company that provide cutting-edge logistics solutions for multinational companies, based in South Normanton, Alfreton!!
Responsibilities:
* Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
* Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
* Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
* Arranging post and deliveries
* Updating computer records using a database
* Printing and photocopying
* Maintaining office systems
* Liaising with HGV drivers
* Liaising with staff in other departments
Working hours:
* 0900 - 1700 Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Pay rate:
* £12.00 per hour
Our client, are looking for the following values and experience in a candidate:
* Strong computer experience/skill – no particular system experience necessary, Microsoft mainly
* Customer-facing experience
* Excellent communicator (fast-paced environment)
* Pro-active & helpful attitude
* Ability to work alone & in a team
* Open to multi-skilling/flexible to working demands
* Reliable & hard-working
