About the Role:
The Senior Business Development Manager/Head of Sales Recruitment will lead our sales efforts, driving business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative recruitment solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
* BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS
* Lead and manage a high-performing sales team
