Our Creative Media section provides our learners with the skills and knowledge to progress onto a relevant degree at HE level or directly into a rewarding career within the media, television, film, and creative industry. We work closely with UAL, our awarding body, to ensure our courses are both subject and industry relevant.
We are seeking Lecturers, either full time or part time, to join our successful team and deliver across a range of UAL Media programmes from Level 1 to Level 3. You will also work off-site with students during practical exercises and assist in developing industry links for student work experience.
You will need to possess a degree in the relevant subject area or equivalent, with up-to-date knowledge of the subject area and good working knowledge and experience of editing. Ideally, you will have some teaching or training experience and will be able to engage and communicate effectively with learners aged 16-19. If you do not currently possess a Level 5 teaching qualification recognized by the Further Education sector, you will be supported to obtain this by the College.
