To support the continued growth of our business we are investing significantly in the infrastructure that underpins our local teams with the introduction of the Area Support Manager role that will work together with the newly established Area Director role. This role will deliver the tactical support to drive the strategic leadership of our Area Directors and be a key interface between our central support functions and our local practices, driving the culture and values that IVC aspires to across our business. We currently have an opportunity in West London. Although home based, frequent travel to our practices in the area is required.

Cultivating Change
Working closely with the Area Director you will be the first port of call in driving sustainable change. The Area Support Manager role is pivotal in offering solutions and cultivating tactical change within our practices. Supporting practices with ‘where to,’ ‘how to’ and ‘when to’ across a range of areas that can help them orientate and operate effectively within IVC Evidensia. As an ambassador for change within your area you will effectively mobilise the UK strategy within your area, facilitating best practice sharing, growing effective communication channels between practices, and supporting initiatives that elevate the operational and commercial performance of your area.

Leading by example, you will influence and motivate our local leadership teams to drive performance through strong, positive relationships with their teams and pursue opportunities to enhance growth. Supporting our practices in utilising dashboards and reporting suites to identify trends, opportunities for efficiencies and offer first-hand support to implement change.
Key responsibilities
1. Develop close working relationships with practice leaders and be the ‘go to’ person for troubleshooting within the area.
2. Maintain regular contact and build relationships with practices to ensure teams feel supported and part of the wider IVC Evidensia network.
3. Support the integration of acquisitions into the area, including onboarding staff.
4. Work with Area Director to identify better ways of working that improve team wellbeing and create efficiencies that bolster the client experience.
5. Organise area meetings, prepare and distribute agendas, meeting materials & minutes and ensure action points have been followed and completed.
6. Support practices utilisation of dashboards and reporting suites based on financial and non-financial performance, identify trends, areas of underperformance and opportunities for growth.
7. Provide support to underperforming sites, help Area Director identify needs and initiate business plan changes.
8. Ensure all practices are following the leadership and performance frameworks that are put forward.
9. General administration support for the area including financial admin, HR / Recruitment support, performance management and H&S audits.
What you will bring: Role Requirements
1. At least 2 years coaching and development experience, with proven mentoring skills, with capability to motivate, support and inspire leaders and senior colleagues to embrace change.
2. Ability to understand key financial KPI's and implement tactical response to bolster performance.
3. Strong people skills including bringing together diverse teams across multiple sites.
4. Well-developed demonstrable E.I. skills, you can recognise who needs what and when.
5. Dynamic and driven to deliver excellence.
6. An influencer who can collaborate with others whilst not afraid to challenge the status quo.
