We are working with a leading investment management firm on an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, build strong relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of the business.
Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with clients, understand their investment needs, and provide a high level of service.
* Cultivate and action cross-sell opportunities, working closely with the BD team to analyse client portfolios and attend reviews.
* Manage client expectations, develop team members, and demonstrate leadership skills.
* Work closely with subject matter experts and liaise with internal teams to address client issues and ensure client needs are met.
* Ability to think strategically on firm wide projects relating to the growth and development of the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong academic background, ideally CFA qualified.
* Fluency in English and a second European language is preferred.
* 7+ years of relevant professional experience in building and managing client relationships. Experience in the Wealth/Sub-Advisory channel is beneficial.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills is key, as is the ability to operate calmly under pressure.
* Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Outlook.
* The successful candidate will need to be a good team player. They should be able to juggle a multitude of tasks, have a strong eye for detail and be proactive and innovative in their approach to supporting the sales and client needs.
