Carbon60 are looking to hire a Customer Operations Advisor. This is a chance to work for a prestigious industrial service provider, with over 80 years' experience and expertise.
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Thursday, 8:00am to 3pm Friday (37.5 hours)
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities:
* This role is a 50% stores-based role and a 50% admin role, working in a team of 4
* Stock management and ordering
* Expediting and maintaining order books - checking upcoming orders, chasing delivery times
* Ordering stock based on customer requirements
* Maintain accurate records of transactions and stock movements on ERIKS and customer systems
* Contacting suppliers - replenishing stock by placing orders to purchase (Tends to be internal via warehouse)
* Resolving purchasing and supplier invoice queries
* Housekeeping stores and office area maintain 5s principles
* Proactive approach to stock ordering (e.g. checking empty bins, using initiative to pre-empt and action necessary orders)
* Liaising with engineers for missing details and non-stocked parts for further information
The Successful Candidate:
* Previous experience in an administrator role
* A familiarity with inventory management
* IT skills - professional email correspondence and use of MS Office for data entry - able to adapt to ERP systems on-site
* Previous experience with stores/warehouses (Desirable)
