We are looking for someone to join us on a permanent contract to help support our customers by providing an outstanding experience within our contact Centre team. Working with our customers to understand their needs and manage their expectations to produce quality outcomes and resolutions. In your role you'll be handling all incoming interactions for the organisation facross all areas of the business. Overall purpose and key accountabilities: Provision of an efficient and courteous enquiry service to all customers. With a particular emphasis on call handling. Other channels include face-to-face, email, SMS, webchat, online portal, social media. Enquiries will include repairs, housing allocations, rent and payments, estate & tenancy management, anti-social behaviour and any other services provided by the Association.
