As our European Graphic Designer, you will be a critical member of our ambitious, dynamic, and passionate team. Working across all digital and print-related projects, you will play a fundamental role in supporting our growth ambitions and digital transformation objectives.

As a skilled generalist, you will help drive our business forward with fresh ideas and creative flair, applying your skills and using creative techniques to deliver on a wide variety of exciting and challenging briefs across multi-lingual print and digital activities. Reporting directly to and working with the Director of European Marketing & E-Commerce, you will focus heavily on driving revenue, alongside the wider marketing and creative team, through the delivery of creative concepts that resonate with a diverse B2B audience and be comfortable grabbing the reigns in the following areas:
1. Designing for print as well as digital channels, turning design briefs into creative that is clear, visually exciting, engaging and positively contributes towards the achievement of organisational strategy.
2. Designing for multiple systems | platforms to assist with product merchandising, optimisation, and management of European websites and marketplaces to deliver on our multi-channel objectives.
3. Management of commercial assets and daily workflows, in-line with corporate processes and systems, to ensure cross-border collaboration is seamless and contributes positively towards European operations.
4. Be our brand guardian, ensuring creative output focuses on our unique personality and point of difference and is consistent across all touchpoints and adheres to our corporate guidelines as well as industry best practices.
5. Managing multiple design projects and day-to-day tasks, often to tight timelines, ensuring they remain within scope, budget, and deadlines without compromising on the quality or accuracy of creative output.
6. Presenting design concepts to stakeholders for approval and feedback; taking the time to adapt and make the required iterations to really deliver on the brief.
7. Ensuring final creative outputs are visually appealing, on-brand, and error-free before publishing | production.
8. Preparing artwork and print-ready files and coordinating with colleagues and outside agencies, inc. print partners, to deliver on projects.
9. Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the company, our products, and our customers to ensure marketing provides support that aligns with and helps achieve organisational and department-specific goals and objectives.
10. Keeping up to date with design and multimedia trends and the latest developments in software tools.
About you.
With an HND or degree in Graphic Design (or other relevant discipline) and at least three years of experience in a similar role, you will be instrumental in the success of our team by bringing:
1. Solid understanding and demonstrable experience of producing high-quality print and digital assets (UI and UX experience a bonus).
2. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and emerging technologies in media and design.
3. Exceptional eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
5. Familiar with prepress and print production processes.
The following experience and skills would be advantageous but are NOT essential for joining our team:
1. Previous industry experience is not essential, but B2B marketing experience would be beneficial.
2. Experience working with multi-lingual marketing collateral.
3. Fluency in French, German and/or Italian.
4. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
5. Experience in After Effects and/or Premier Pro.
6. Experience using any of the following would be a bonus: Asana, Teamwork, Jira (or equivalent project management tools).
7. Experience with Content Management Systems (Hybris | Magento | WordPress).
A work experience portfolio is required to showcase your skill level.
