The role of Distribution Admin Team Leader will be to manage a small team of admin personnel ensuring that they cover all their role specific duties and responsibilities. You will have: The ability to be pro-active regarding your self-development and that of your team Good communication skills with a confident telephone manner Great literacy and numeracy skills IT skills and knowledge of SAP (essential) Time management and administration know-how The ability to manage a small team under your own initiative The ability to be flexible To be involved in the training and coaching of your team and new personnel Multi operational knowledge and training Manage the team rotas & check holiday cover Manage Distribution Accident process as well as Cost Tracker, Fuel and KPI's You'll live and breathe Customer First, and you'll enjoy working as part of a team with a dedicated focus on results.
