Why Join This Team? ·Company car or cash allowance ·Up to 6% pension ·Life assurance scheme ·25 days of annual leave, with the option to buy additional leave ·Flexible working options ·Family-friendly policies Key Responsibilities: ·Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mechanical services. ·Design and specify all aspects of mechanical services in line with industry standards and project requirements. ·Oversee project management elements, including time, cost, quality, and resource allocation. ·Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and high levels of satisfaction. ·Monitor and enforce compliance and quality standards within the team and projects. ·Produce and review design deliverables such as drawings, specifications, and reports. ·Contribute to tender reviews, fee estimates, and project scope planning. ·Manage commercial objectives, including fee spend, invoicing, and cost reporting. What They're Looking For: ·Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) or equivalent. ·Significant experience in the life sciences and industry sector or a transferable sector such as healthcare. ·Proven track record in leading teams and managing medium-sized projects or large project packages. ·Expertise in designing mechanical building services systems, including HVAC, black utilities, public health, and building management systems. ·Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders. ·Experience with specialist software such as IES Thermal Modelling, AutoCAD, and Revit is desirable.
