As Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership Coordinator, you will work with service users and professionals to shape and coproduce services, engaging with a range of people across the area, supporting Service User Representatives around engagement, social media, reporting and running meetings. You will work closely with the Gateway Service Lead and Coordinator for the Black Country area to shape services. Travel across Birmingham and Solihull is required. To ensure information is made available to Leads and Service Users in a timely and accessible way To provide support to Leads with meetings and events including room bookings, administrative support, reimbursement for attendees, and distribution of papers both before and after meetings. Support (along with Marketing and Communications Manager) promotion of the Maternity Neonatal Voices Partnership including through the use of Social Media and identifying key partners and stakeholders and linking these with Leads as relevant to their role.
