An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Pangbourne as a Receptionist. This is a key role within the business, providing a friendly and professional welcome to customers & visitors, ensuring great customer service is always given and presenting a positive impression.
Location: Pangbourne
Job type: Permanent
Working Hours: Mon - Thurs 8am - 5.15pm, Fri - 8am - 4pm, Sat - 8am - 2pm (this is on a rota basis so will be every 4-6 weeks and you will receive a day off in lieu)
Salary: up to £26k (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
1. Meeting and greeting clients in a professional and welcoming manner
2. Keeping the reception area tidy
3. Answering calls and transferring to relevant person where required
4. Booking appointments and updating the internal system
5. Taking credit card payments
6. Ordering stock as and when required
7. Managing petty cash
8. Sorting and distributing post
9. General administration duties as and when required
Qualifications:
1. The ability to work as part of a team, support colleagues and promote excellent team spirit
2. A confident, friendly, and approachable manner
3. Flexible working attitude
4. Effective written, verbal and electronic communication skills
5. Strong customer service, administrative, organisational and time management skills
6. IT Literate with knowledge of MS Office including Outlook
