ABOUT US
We design and manufacture bags, fabric packaging, and other custom products for a global client base, working with some of the world’s leading brands, creative agencies, and independent businesses.
Our bright and busy studio in Frome, Somerset, is home to a collaborative team spanning client services and logistics. We work across multiple time zones, managing production in the UK, China, India, and Turkey. No two days are the same, and we love solving challenges creatively.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting entry-level role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on being super organised, and is eager to learn how a business operates from the ground up. You’ll be the go-to person in the studio, handling client enquiries, coordinating logistics, and supporting projects – whether that means updating our website, managing spreadsheets, or speaking with clients.
We’re looking for someone who is tech-savvy, resourceful, and enjoys wearing many hats. If you have skills in WordPress, Excel, and Illustrator, that’s great – but if you’re enthusiastic and quick to learn, we’d still love to hear from you!
With full training and support, this role offers a natural progression into an Account Executive position within 6–12 months, working directly with clients. If you love getting things done, staying organised, and problem-solving, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
