About the role Global Digital Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for development, execution, and continuous refinement of No7 BC beauty technologies including the development of roadmaps and strategies for No7 Pro Derm Scan and AR/AI technologies. Working globally & will use a data-led approach to consistently aim to achieve and surpass KPI and targets set by the business. We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital and can champion the importance of Beauty Technology across the organisation. Responsibilities Develop integrated plans that drive No7BC strategic goals which support global roll out of key initiatives, including scaled up beauty tech. You will be the single point of contact for all markets on No7 Pro Derm Scan roadmap and activation plans. For Beauty Technology scale up including PDS, you will communicate status, & issues to stakeholders, holding cross functional teams to account deliver quick to market and with optimal resources. You will partner with 3rd Parties technology businesses to deliver strategic roadmaps, agree scope of work & deliverables. Working closely with IT, marketing & commercial counterparts to evaluate brand plans to ensure consistency with consumer-centric product roadmaps. Holding standards of delivery and developing best in class technology solutions for our beauty brands in order to optimise the customer experience and maximise revenue drivers. Taking accountability for scale up process, prioritising iniatives including aligning with technology teams on IT/Digital portfolio & business cases required for enhancements that deliver strategic goals, ensuring investment requisition is aligned with IT framework. Working with Analyst lead and 3P providers to continuously evaluate & report the effectiveness of solutions to drive performance & key metrics. Define KPIs and analyse performance of scale up initiatives, creating scorecards and managing reporting tools for success and providing insights to improve performance. Acting as a program evangelist to build awareness and understanding and drive the roadmap for Global roll-out, utilising Digital Council sessions to communicate progress of scaled up initiatives. Roll out of new routes to market including building business cases for testing social platforms in new markets. Development of a global beauty technology enhancement roadmap that elevates our brands and meets the needs of our retailer partners across all markets. What you’ll need to have 2 years’ experience in digital Be a proactive, innovative self-starter with exceptional presentation skills to Experience working with senior stakeholders. Be a programme evangelist, enjoy educating others about beauty technology initiatives. Able to adapt communication style to explain complex technical ideas in simple, straightforward terms.
