Passion meets purpose Become a Housing Support Assistant and help young individuals build brighter futures. As a Housing Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of Housing Support Workers who manage a caseload of clients. Your responsibilities will involve building rapport and relationships with our clients to address their individual needs, promote independence, and facilitate their successful transition to independent living. This is a hostel-based role which will include evening, nights (i.e., sleep shifts), weekend and bank holiday working on a rota basis.
