* Analyze, improve, and implement processes and workflows.
* Lead consulting engagements, documenting the value delivered.
* Apply Autodesk products to industry-specific requirements and workflows.
* Configure solutions based on product capabilities and client needs.
* Guide clients on optimal application of Autodesk products; define and document detailed use cases.
* Collaborate with clients, partners, and Autodesk colleagues to deliver solutions and resolve technical issues.
* Provide feedback to improve products and processes based on client experience.
* Work with account teams to define Customer Success Plans and engagements.
* Assist in task estimation and scope clarification with clients.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience.
* At least five years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, focusing on digital solutions development and delivery.

* Proven ability to collaborate with diverse technical, sales, and project teams, translating complex topics into understandable language.
* Willingness to travel approximately 30%, including internationally.
