Responsibilities
As a Client Delivery Manager you will be the bridge between our incredibly innovative clients and our talented consultancy teams of engineers, scientists, developers and tax professionals.
This role is key in supporting the client experience and delivery journey. You will be responsible for managing multiple stakeholder demands both internally with our consultancy and management teams, as well as, externally with our ever-expanding portfolio of clients. The role will suit someone who thrives in a fast paced, high-performing, target-driven environment, who is commercially savvy, obsessed with providing gold standard client experience and takes a hawk-eyed approach to problem solving.
* Develops and maintains strong, long-term relationships with clients
* Acts as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
* Conducts regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review their satisfaction and business needs
* Embodies the importance of client care; consistently demonstrates the need to meet client needs and expectations and to improve overall client outcomes
* Is able to effectively communicate the value of Leyton’s services to clients and assists with/negotiates contract terms/pricing structures in line with business directive
* Addresses and resolves any client issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
* Proactively identifies potential problems and proposes/implements solutions to prevent them
Qualifications
This role would suit someone with prior experience in account management or sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention targets and growing lifetime client value by identifying cross-selling, upselling and referral opportunities.
