Key Responsibilities
* Conduct experiments and test procedures on prototype and production devices.
* Build and support test equipment involving mechanical, refrigeration, and electrical components.
* Use PC-based applications for testing and data analysis.
* Identify and diagnose problems, implementing effective testing solutions.
* Analyze technical data, interpret test results, and prepare detailed reports and presentations.
* Suggest design, testing, and manufacturing improvements based on test findings.
* Actively participate in group and project meetings.
* Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
* BSc in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Proven experience in a laboratory setting with development of test methods.
* Strong skills in interpreting lab test data.
* Experience with MS Office and database systems.
* Familiarity with safe systems of work and laboratory best practices.
Technical Skills
* Knowledge of scientific testing methodologies.
* Hands-on troubleshooting capabilities.
* Ability to deliver results independently and as part of a team.
* Skilled in technical reporting and communicating results clearly.
