To support this rapid expansion, we are seeking a candidate who can take control, implement new processes, deliver budgets, and drive efficiency across the organisation. How You Can Help Us Delivery of group budget Leadership on budget process, implementation and performance monitoring Group cost control, policy implementation and process management Managing team of 9, providing mentoring and career development Month end close timetable – P&L and balance sheet – for approx. 20 subsidiaries Group and subsidiary P&L analysis, including detailed gross margin analysis Strong balance sheet controls and governance, ensuring accuracy of financial information Supporting with year-end audit Risk management Business partner different HQ functions of the business Continuous improvement of the company’s processes, driving efficiency throughout the group Management of aged debt and shipped but not invoiced balances Preparation for and attendance at subsidiary performance reviews Dealing with complex accounting issues Understanding and supporting local tax and regulatory issues What We Would Like You to Bring to Our Team ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Previous experience in a manufacturing and international business 2-5 years post-qualified experience Willingness and ability to engage and influence C-suite Enthusiastic team player – able to build constructive relationships with key stakeholders Willingness to try new things, innovative &pioneering approach Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel Proactive & shows initiative Leadership Enthusiastic and self-motivated Organised & Deadline Driven About A-SAFE The A-SAFE Group is a leading global workplace safety solutions provider.
