ROLE PROFILE: We are looking for an exceptional office administrator/PA to provide an extensive range of administrative support to facilitate the smooth running of a fast-paced department. You will report directly to the Head of Department, and be responsible for providing a variety of administrative, planning and management information support to include: Diary management Travel arrangements, car hire, hotel bookings, travel visas, equipment and processing travel expenses Preparing PowerPoint presentations Preparing reports using Excel Event organisation e.g. conferences, internal meetings and preparing the agenda, external events Ensuring information relating to the department and its staff is up to date Arranging assistance with AV / video conferencing facilities Become an IT Cloud super-user, so you can deal with complex invoicing arrangements and processing of orders via their system and provide training and support to the wider team. (Full training will be provided) Managing the business supplies, including IT equipment, stationary, etc Assisting with management of assets e.g. laptop inventory Our client offers a structured induction programme to help get you familiar with the team, systems and processes to get you up to speed. PERSON PROFILE: To have the passion and motivation to help contribute to our clients shared success in achieving their business goals Proven experience in a PA or Executive Assistant role. Versatile approach to work.
