The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently while supporting senior staff with a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Key Responsibilities: Document Control: Organise and manage all office documents, ensuring that all files are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible. Travel & Accommodation Booking: Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for senior staff, ensuring all bookings are accurate and in line with company requirements. Office Management: Ensure the office environment is clean, organised, and equipped with necessary supplies. Order stationery and office supplies as needed. Diary Management: Manage the schedules of senior staff, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating necessary arrangements. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including typing, filing, and maintaining accurate records. Communication: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication. General Office Duties: Perform any other administrative tasks as required to support the day-to-day functioning of the office.Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a consultancy or similar environment. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently. Experience with travel arrangements and office supply management is a plus
