National Account Manager - Stadiums and Arenas
This role is instrumental in building and implementing strategic business plans to drive growth and align with the wider Away from Home channel objectives.
You will be responsible for:
* Developing collaborative business plans, working closely with customers to create joint business plans that align with both our and customer goals.
* Commercial contract management, including leading the negotiation, renewal, and implementation of commercial contracts across your portfolio.
* Promotional planning and ROI, including the design and execution of promotional strategies to boost new distribution and Rate of Sale (ROS), while optimising CMA and OPEX budgets to hit financial targets.
* You will manage the day-to-day Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities and ensure all Financial Account Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed.
To be successful, you will ideally have:
* Previous commercial and customer management experience is required to build strong customer relationships quickly and deliver the Joint Business Plan.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
* Be forward-thinking and proactive, using your own initiative while collaborating with the team to shape the account.
* Drive for achievement and results-oriented approach with high levels of commercial awareness.
* Strong analytical skills and confidence in presenting.
* Excellent relationship-building skills for day-to-day interactions and collaborative work with customers, the wider team, and Cross-Franchise Partners.
