An opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Team Medical Administrator to support the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team and Memory Assessment Service medical staff. This is a full-time (37.5 hours) permanent position.
Main duties of the job
To support the Senior Medical Administrator in providing a comprehensive administrative service to the medical teams within the Bolton directorate.
The Team Medical Administrator will undertake general office duties including the typing of medical and other correspondence, actioning any requirements identified within the typing. They will answer and manage calls from service users and their carers/relatives and other health and social care professionals. They will also assist in the organization of the medical team and diary management.

Education/Qualifications
* 2 years previous office experience or equivalent demonstrative experience
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
Experience
* Use of IT equipment
