We are looking for a Senior IT Service Manager to join our Specialist Devices team and take responsibility for the management of our product portfolio.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?
1. Demonstration of continuous improvement, including the quality, risk and security measures considered, which improved a product or its levels of service.
2. Experience of managing large IT Products and Services in Live Service environment.
3. Demonstrable experience of Service Management Framework e.g. ITIL.
4. Experience in building and developing effective working relationships with stakeholders including senior Business and IT managers.
