We’re searching for a UK-based Tax Manager to join our Global Tax team, so that we can ensure compliance, reporting, and strategy execution across multiple regions. The Tax Manager will oversee corporate tax compliance, tax reporting, and transfer pricing management to ensure efficient and effective tax processes within RLDatix.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
* Managing corporate tax compliance obligations across the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and other regions to ensure regulatory adherence.
* Overseeing tax reporting and cash tax forecasting to support strategic financial planning.
* Managing transfer pricing strategy and compliance to ensure alignment with international tax regulations.
* Leading R&D tax claims globally to maximize tax efficiency and compliance.
* Training and supporting staff personnel in areas including indirect tax, corporate tax compliance, and IFRS tax reporting.
* Providing ad-hoc support on tax matters such as M&A activity, integrations, and tax authority inquiries.
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
* CPA, Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Advisor, or equivalent qualification.
* Experience managing UK and international tax compliance (US, Canada, Australia, Europe).
* Proven success in tax reporting processes within an international group under IFRS.
* Strong understanding of IFRS tax accounting and international tax regulations.
* Proficiency in tax-related software and tools, including MS Office, Asana, and NetSuite.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, multinational environment.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to tax strategy.
