The Role
We are looking for an energetic and collaborative Senior Digital Designer to join our Creative team on a rolling contract (40hrs per week). This role will cover a diverse range of brand and growth marketing projects where you will lead designs for a range of media including emails, paid and organic social, web and print. You will also concept and develop the visuals for collection launches and sales campaigns. Reporting into the Creative Manager you will be working closely with the Brand and Growth Marketing teams, with ample opportunity to get involved in projects across the Company. You will have a keen interest in branding and digital; it is essential that you are a strong team player, with an eye for detail and can perfectly translate the brand visual identity into design. Ideally we need someone who has previously worked in a fast paced environment and can hit the ground running from day one.
Responsibilities
* Design and build weekly BAU and campaign emails using Ometria
* Design and animate social media assets using After Effects
* Design landing pages in Figma, working closely with the tech team to build and test these
* Work on all other aspects of our company's design output, including creating digital artwork, assets and templates
* Concepting and designing digital assets for creative campaigns, collection launches and sales
* Work on the e-commerce UI optimisation with the Web Development team
* Evolve the MORI design aesthetic to keep our brand engaging and relevant
* Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy and consistency at all stages
Minimum Requirements
* Design degree or equivalent with 4 years + experience in a creative work environment
* Experience within a digitally native retail brand (preferable)
* Proficient within Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and After effects and experience using Figma (preferable)
* Enthusiastic, passionate about design, and have a great eye for detail
* Excellent typography, design and layout skills
* Knowledge of online/digital media processes
* Experience in motion graphic, animated digital ads and social media
* The ability to follow and deliver on a brief, and a desire to expand concepts adding your own unique stamp to the process
* Experience managing designers (preferable)
* A creative mindset, idea generation and visualisation skills
* A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
* Flexible, highly organised and time efficient
