We are looking for a proactive individual to join our client’s department and provide essential secretarial and administrative support. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and organised, with a strong ability to communicate effectively.

* £27,000 - £32,000 salary (DOE)
* Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5pm

Job Description:
* Prepare documents (emails, letters, memos, etc.) using the Case Management System and MS Office, following office procedures.
* Proofread documents for accuracy.
* Work closely with the Solicitor and Fee Earner who work remotely.
* Scan, save, and organise documents in electronic folders or via email.
* Perform photocopying, faxing, and dispatch documents by email, DX, or Royal Mail.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the Case Management system.
* File documents properly and assist with opening, closing, and monitoring files.
* Coordinate client appointments with fee earners.
