To provide assistance in the provision of pharmacy aseptic services at St Richards for patients within the Trust including: supervision of staff, organisation of day to day activities, preparation of cytotoxic products, worksheet and label preparation and monitoring of the environment. Main Responsibilities: Participate in co-ordinating the activities for the aseptic unit, supervising staff placement and ensuring safe working practices within the unit. Ensure that aseptic duties are carried out according to national standards Work towards achieving regional/national accreditations e.g. Pre and In Process Checking (PIPC) and maintain an up to date portfolio of evidence to meet CPD requirements of the accreditation.
