Whilst we are a group of eclectic brands, each operation has its very own personality, in the same way as our people are unique. The Group’s portfolio is now comprehensive of 3 Hotels, meeting and events spaces, 1 rooftop terrace, 2 Restaurants, and 1 cocktail Bar.
We are now looking for an experience Revenue Manager that will be looking after our three properties, all based in Kings Cross St Pancras. The Hotels includes our 3-star, 61 bedrooms California Hotel, our townhouse 41 keys: The Gyle London and our boutique 5* Hotel of 49 bedroom, The Megaro Hotel. The Revenue Manager will be a collaborative persona, analytical in their approach and inclusive with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all revenue-generating channels, inventory controls, and pricing strategies.
* Analyse market trends, competition, and demand to optimize revenue.
* Oversee data integrity across distribution channels and manage the Loyalty Program.
* Provide training, analytical reports, and promotional calendars in collaboration with teams.
* Ensure facilities meet standards through maintenance, compliance checks, and guest reviews.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Expertise in revenue management, analytical reporting, and financial systems.
* Proficiency with PMS (e.g., Guestline), RMS (e.g., Ideas), extranet channels, and rate tools.
* Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of sales, event planning, and accounting.
* Fluent in English with a proven track record of delivering results.
