About the Role
As an experienced Electrician, you will contribute to providing good quality rented housing, achieving high tenant satisfaction, improving landlord and tenant relationships, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
You will support the maintenance of assets to meet statutory minimum standards for housing, including installation, repair, and maintenance obligations.
You will work with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in all aspects of electrical work and relevant qualifications/certifications, including 2391 for testing and inspecting electrical installations (EICR), and 2395, 18th edition electrical, testing, and inspection.
* Experience in repairs, new build, maintenance, or contract environments, including assessing and inspecting jobs, and updating records.
* The ability to safely operate power tools and plant, following all safety procedures on and off-site.
* Experience conducting investigations and tests to identify faults and root causes, and implementing lasting solutions.
* The ability to apply skills from other trades to meet the target of first-time fix where appropriate and efficient.
* Organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to meet deadlines.
