What You’ll Do:
* Translate business requirements into robust test cases
* Execute both automated and manual tests on software enhancements and upgrades
* Contribute to developing testing standards, tools, processes, and methodologies
* Work closely with developers, testers, BAs, and the Head of IT Delivery to maintain a high standard of software delivery
* Ensure software is tested to the highest quality and fit for release
About You:
* Proven experience in a software testing role
* Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and techniques
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Able to prioritise workload and thrive under pressure
* Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
* Strong documentation and communication skills
Desirable:
* Exposure to multi-platform testing (web, database)
* Experience in Agile methodologies and project planning tools
* Understanding of financial products or services
Working Hours:
Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Please note, this role is fully office based in Norwich and so candidates should live within a commutable distance to be considered.
