We are currently recruiting for a Payroll and HR Administrator to sit within the UK team, based in our London office. As a Payroll and HR Administrator, you will be supporting our UK team based in London. The role will manage the day-to-day operations of payroll administrative activities such as monthly salary payments, changes and reporting for the finance team. The role will also support the management of HR administration tasks such as KPI reporting, new starter onboarding, maintenance of our HR system Workday, new starter onboarding and performance management. What you will be responsible for Processing monthly UK payroll for local Right to work check and deal with visas for local employees. Process new employees, leavers and salary changes into the payroll & HR system Making the monthly payments on time for local employees based in the UK HR admin tasks like preparing contracts for new employees, Annual leave tracking, Maternities, sickness, etc Issuing tax forms Month-end and quarterly reports for our finance team Support local employees with mobility within the UK Store visits to understand and support with their questions about payroll. Complete payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review such as journals, absence reports, annual leave, working hours, etc Work closer with our payroll provider and provide the information on time on a monthly basis Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records Processing of any necessary HR administration e.g. HR KPI and feedback reports, evaluation and promotion summaries, documents, basic letter writing, references, etc. Organisation and maintenance of HR data in our HR system called Workday Analysis and recommendation of administration processes to ensure maximum business efficiency Coordination of HR activities e.g. prepare contracts, first day induction to new employees, venue arrangements for training, meetings Ad-hoc company administration as and when required Skills, Experience and Attributes: High level of discretion and confidentiality Advance excel skills (must have) Minimum 3 years experience in UK Payroll Able to prioritise and meet deadlines (must have) Clear and efficient with communication both written and oral Strong organisational and planning skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy (must have) Good grasp of basic figures, calculation and excel Experience with Workday (nice to have) High level of discretion and confidentiality (must have) Able to work independently (must have) What we can offer you - 26 days holiday 8 bank holidays Staff Discount 30% Global Profit Share Scheme Employee Assistance Program Private Medical Care Private Pension Scheme Travel to work loan scheme Hybrid working, 2 days from home, 3 days in the office Social events throughout the year Seasonal Sample Sales Volunteer Day – twice a year Great Location - Close to transport links, underground Piccadilly and Oxford Street stations.
