Come join us and be part of our success 2 Posts - Fixed Term for 12 months We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, customer focused individual to join our busy and demanding Customer Services Team. You will be part of a team dedicated to managing customer interactions and providing support and advice to customers ensuring as many enquiries as possible are resolved at first point of contact to maximise customer satisfaction You will provide first point of contact to customers dealing with general enquiries via telephone, live chat and face-to-face giving advice and assistance on a range of Council Services Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service, together with excellent communication and IT skills and an ability to deal courteously and sensitively with enquires.
