Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing dynamic pricing strategies that maximise RevPAR, adapting to shifts in demand, seasonality, and competitor behaviour Leveraging insights from market trends, historical data, and booking patterns to create detailed forecasts and inform rate decisions Analysing the behaviours of high-value customers in the luxury segment to create targeted, high-impact pricing approaches Monitoring competitor activity and promotional trends to ensure agile, market-responsive strategies Managing inventory across multiple channels—direct, trade, and online—ensuring optimal pricing and availability Producing regular performance reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for revenue growth Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to align pricing with broader business goals Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or commercial analysis within the leisure & hospitality industry. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Expert-level Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets and forecasting models. Clear, concise communicator, capable of presenting financial insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Adaptable, deadline-driven, and highly organised, with a keen eye for market shifts and commercial opportunities.
