Sales Manager – Rail/Marine (Home-Based, UK) A leading provider of intelligent drive technology and services is looking for a Sales Manager within the Rail/Marine industry to drive business growth in the UK. This is a home-based, full-time role with a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies for service packages and spare parts. Build strong relationships with OEMs, ROSCOs, TOCs, and service providers. Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals. Provide technical support and market insights. Represent the company at exhibitions and client meetings. Requirements: 5 years of sales experience in the UK rail sector (marine experience beneficial). Strong technical background in mechanical rail components (electrical knowledge is a plus). Proven ability to develop new business and manage key accounts. Degree/HNC in mechanical engineering or equivalent. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
