They are seeking a General Manager Designate - Future Operations Director to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with the operations team to ensure the efficient and profitable running of the site/park. This role involves improving site/park performance, maximizing sales and profit, and driving strategic initiatives for optimal operational efficiency.
This is a fantastic opportunity to enter the business, learn from the ground up, and grow into the Operations Director position.
Please note: Only candidates currently at the Operations Director level within a hospitality leadership role will be considered for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, minimise costs and maximise revenues.
2. Instil clear communication plans to successfully pass messages through the site in a timely and consistent manner.
3. Deal with all customer complaints within acceptable timescales and put plans in place to prevent a recurrence of the situation.
4. Use initiative and experience to make speedy and sound decisions.
5. Drive change with a positive attitude and create a focus and energy for people to follow.
6. Lead by example and promote a customer friendly environment within the site.
