The role
In this key role, you will act as a consistent point of contact for clients, helping them navigate mental health services and pathways while promoting self-management and wellbeing. Your understanding of the Mental Health Act and therapeutic interventions will enable you to deliver tailored case management, facilitate workshops, and support clients in creating plans to manage their mental health and avoid crisis interventions.
