Email Marketing Executive Join a globally renowned brand and shape the future of the customer retention strategy We are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to play a pivotal role in driving customer loyalty, repeat purchases, and lifetime value through strategic, insight-led CRM campaigns. Role: Develop engaging, customer-first email content that connects emotionally with our products. Assist in creating an email roadmap to drive engagement with our seasonal offerings. Collaborate with teams to execute impactful campaigns across email, SMS, and on-site messaging. Optimise customer journeys for subscription renewals, product discovery, and promotions. Use customer behavioural data to segment audiences and drive targeted campaigns. Implement automated lifecycle campaigns to enhance retention and customer experience. Drive a test & learn approach, using A/B testing to refine strategies. Analyse performance data to provide insights and continuously improve campaigns. What We’re Looking For: Marketing degree or 1 years’ experience in CRM/Email Marketing. Hands-on experience with an ESP (e.g. Ometria, Bloomreach, Klaviyo). Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging. Experience in lifecycle automation campaigns & segmentation. Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns. A customer-first mindset, with a proactive and innovative approach. Some exposure to AI-powered email tools is a plus.
