* Salary: £30,000 per annum
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 0830-1700.

Your Role:
* Liaison between ABC Fleet Management and key suppliers to ensure vans are available for Estates Operations use in a timely and cost-effective manner.
* Monitoring status and availability of Electric charge points and reporting defects – contributing to van charge scheduling.
* Administration of vehicle tracking systems.
* Log incident and insurance claims as per ADSL procedures and hire booking requests via ABC Fleet Management.
* Assistance with administration of company car fleet.
* Supporting H&S initiatives to reduce Driving for Work risks.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualifications: Hold a current, clean Cat B driving licence – confident in driving vans and cars. An IOSH Working Safely would be advantageous.
* Experience: Having accounting and/or commercial experience would be beneficial. Advanced Excel knowledge along with excellent customer-facing skills. Knowledge of road traffic legislation.
* Skills: Financial/numerical and project planning skills, with the ability to proactively manage changing demands. Good communication with effective interpersonal and negotiating skills.
* Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
