Axpe Consulting is expanding its presence in the UK market, and we’re seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales efforts for IT solution services. In this role, you will focus on generating new business, establishing Axpe’s footprint in the UK, and driving growth as a key contributor with a hunter sales approach. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong track record of building client relationships and securing new deals in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
* New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new clients in the UK market for Axpe’s IT solution services, focusing on establishing Axpe as a trusted partner in digital transformation.
* Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients, providing tailored IT solutions to address their business needs and position Axpe as a leader in the industry.
* Revenue Generation: Drive revenue through proactive sales strategies, consistently identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase client engagement and profitability.
* Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the UK market, leveraging insights into client needs and market trends.
* Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations with new clients, ensuring terms align with both client needs and Axpe’s strategic goals.
* Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Axpe’s technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless project onboarding and a high level of client satisfaction.
* Market Insights & Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales progress, client feedback, and UK market trends to support Axpe’s strategic growth in the region.
Qualifications
* Experience: 5+ years of successful sales or account management experience within IT solution services.
* Sales Expertise: Proven track record of driving new business, closing high-value deals, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT solutions such as AI, cloud services, data analytics, and digital transformation.
* Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on building and sustaining client relationships.
* CRM Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage sales pipelines and track client engagement.
* Hunter Mindset: Self-driven and proactive in identifying new opportunities, with a strong desire to establish a market presence.
