Level 2 Teaching Assistants x2 (Fixed Term) - St Stephen's Catholic Primary
The role
Required to start: 1 September 2025 (or sooner, if available), the Governing Body of St Stephen’s Catholic Primary School is seeking to appoint 2x highly motivated, enthusiastic, energetic and caring Level 2 Teaching Assistants, to work within our successful and hard-working team. The successful candidates will be working with groups within a class setting in addition to delivering learning programmes tailored to individual needs.
These are Fixed Term posts with an option of becoming permanent, and you will be required to work 30 hours per week.
We are looking for someone who will:
* Fully support the Catholic ethos of our school
* Have a nurturing, enthusiastic manner with good communication skills and be able to work with staff, parents, and outside agencies confidently
* Be calm and demonstrate good behaviour management
* Work flexibly as part of a team and have a good sense of humour!
* Have some experience of supporting children with SEND
* Adapt the curriculum for pupils under the direction of the class teacher
