Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical documentation, insurance processes, and company secretarial duties. Key tasks include:
1. Managing new and lost property development transitions, including key management, handovers, and documentation.
2. Handling all aspects of property-related insurance administration (buildings, D&O, liability, engineering).
3. Coordinating insurance renewals and maintaining claims logs.
4. Managing Company Secretarial duties, including Companies House filings and shareholding updates.
5. Overseeing financial administration.
6. Organising and administering Annual General Meetings and tenant/general meetings.
7. Processing Section 20 statutory notices and related communications.
8. Handling sales enquiries and property transfers.
9. Processing ownership changes and maintaining post-sale documentation.
10. Maintaining property records and general administrative duties.
