IDEX are working exclusively with a leading Financial Advisory and Wealth Management business who require additional headcount in their Customer Care Team.
Typical duties include:
* Carry out investigations of client complaints, following the firm's standard complaints procedure and formulating client responses.
* Support the analysis of customer feedback processes.
* Act upon and effectively deliver against client requests.
* Review customer-focused regulatory industry update summaries.
* Escalate to senior management and Operations where issues with products and services are identified.
What the business requires from the successful applicant:
* To have achieved (or be studying towards) the Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning.
* Ideally have recent and relevant experience within an IFA environment and be involved in the complaints process.
* An ability to demonstrate strong report-writing skills.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues.
