TS Recruitment are recruiting for a Site Manager in the South Yorkshire area to work as a no.1 manager on projects circa £2 million.
Benefits
* Basic salary circa £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
* Car allowance or van
* 40 hour working week
* 3% employer and 5% employee pension contributions
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Job Role & Responsibilities of the Site Manager:
* Manage new build and refurbishment commercial projects
* Manage direct labour and subcontractors on site
* Oversee and control costs on site
* Quality control, recording relevant information and variations
* Lead on snagging and client meetings
* Health and safety responsibility
* Produce progress reports updating the Contracts Manager
Company Details:
* Regional main contractor
* Work on NHS, School and Hospital projects
* All work local to Sheffield including Rotherham, Barnsley, Chesterfield
* Long established stable business
Knowledge/Experience:
* Experience working on similar commercial projects
* SMSTS, CSCS and First aid qualifications preferred
* A hands-on no.1 Site Manager
* Commercially aware and efficient with delivering projects within budget
* Full UK driving license
