Providing leadership and support to staff, ensuring their development through regular supervisions in line with Quality Standards. Working closely with the Registered Manager to uphold high standards within the home, meeting OFSTED requirements. Ensuring staff training aligns with personal development plans and regulatory expectations. Assisting the Registered Manager in monitoring expenditures, budgets and operating financial systems accurately. Organising and accompanying young people on their social activities and appointments. Building strong, trusting relationships with young people to ensure they feel safe, supported, and cared for. The be considered for this Deputy Manager position you must have: A minimum of 3 years' experience within a Residential setting Level 3 in Residential Childcare or Equivalent A Driving Licence and access to a vehicle. (Manual Licence preferred.)
