The role
will require you to climb trees, perform aerial rescue and carry out tree maintenance tasks such as felling, pruning and planting, whilst ensuring tasks are carried out safely and comply with relevant legislation.
They will assist in providing after care of trees and shrubs, including general woodland management, as well as ensuring all working practices conform to current Health & Safety requirements.
Applicants must have the relevant National Proficiency Tests Council certificates of competence, adequate experience in the arboricultural industry, and have a good knowledge of arboricultural best practice.
Ideally you will have a current first aid certificate and all relevant certification of formal training on hand held equipment. However, if these have not been obtained then full training will be provided.
