The Role
You will manage a varied caseload, including:
* Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, Declarations of Trusts, and Deeds of Variation.
* Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and estate administration.
* Creating and administering trusts.
* Providing tailored advice on complex client needs, often in collaboration with other teams.
About You
You are a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (with a Practising Certificate) with:
* 3-5+ years PQE and a solid background in drafting and advisory work.
* Strong IT and case management skills.
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a keen understanding of risk management.
* Confidence in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
Additional Skills (Desirable but Not Essential)
* Experience in estate and tax planning advice.
* Membership of STEP or SFE.
