We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our new regional Customer Engagement team to win new care customers.
Click Shifts is an agile digital workforce marketplace that is revolutionising the way social care professionals access shifts in their local area. Our innovative platform seamlessly connects care workers with care organisations and individuals who need their services on demand and at short notice.
Role Overview:
We are looking for ambitious, tenacious sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-performing sales environments. You will be energetic, motivated, and passionate about creating outstanding relationships with customers.
Your prospective customers will be social care providers in the Northwest, including managers of care organisations or resourcing leads who recruit colleagues for their care organisation.
You will be required to successfully reach out to and engage with prospective care organisations in the region using different channels including site visits, email, and telephone outreach to generate leads and opportunities to demo Flourish’s platform and showcase the many benefits it will bring to their organisation.

What We’re Looking For:
* Engagement Skills: Build relationships with prospective customers through outbound prospecting using a combination of phone, email, and onsite visits.
* Support: Exceptional relationship building skills, team player, keen to make a difference and grow with the company.
* Experience: Experience managing sales processes from start to finish – from identifying new prospects, securing initial meetings, conducting demos to successfully onboarding new clients.
* Knowledge: Proven sales knowledge in winning new business customers, working in similar sales or business development roles.
* Problem-Solving: Understand existing customers' challenges and build solutions to help overcome them.
* Promotion of Values: Live Flourish’s brand values for making a positive difference to care communities.
* Time Management: Effective time management for planning, delivery, and assessment.
